Greetings. I own a 1985 Grand Marquis with 56,000 original miles. I
inherited it from a Grand Uncle who was a mechanic and who didn't drive
much in his later years. I've had it for about 4 years, and mostly used it
as a second car. Now, my main car has died and I'm using it everyday. I
don't like running up the miles and can't afford to keep two cars going.

The car is White with a Blue Landau roof. Original interior shows no
significant signs of wear. Airconditioning (blows cold), power all around.
Original paint.

Things to work on: a small crease in the right front passenter door and a
dent in the right rear rocker panel. I've been considering having these
fixed myself, but then thought that a real MGM enthusiast might be
particular about how such a job was done. Also, the gas gauge needs
replacing, and collecters will want to know that there are cracks in the
dashboard.

This care is quite beautiful, very well maintained. I'd like to pass it on to
someone who appreciates it the way my uncle did. I'm open to offers. I
live in Manhattan, and work on Long Island. I'm also regularly in
Brooklyn.
