my old compan car was an 89 gran marquis....the engine blew up and the moron owners of the company would only find one engine to put in, out of an early 90s cobra...it wasnt so bad then! smileys/smiley17.gif

I love my Grand Marquis. Can you upload pictures on this foum? Anyone have any good ideas as to how I can get some tranny fluid out without having to drop the tranny pan?smileys/smiley4.gif

yes, pictures can be uploaded...it is at the top right of the posting area...as for getting fluid out, look around for a tranny line on the radiator...or an external filter...

Thanks, we got it fixed, we ended up loosening a line on the radiator actually.. Heh, that's kinda funny. I also put on a chrome fan shroud thing. Looks kinda funny because my engine is covered in sludge, but I look at it this way, the longer my engine is covered in sludge..the more preserved it will be for when I rebuild it.

well, if you cant find one at a standard parts store, you can get one at a dealership for pretty cheap...or ANY junkyard...

On an 87 the fuse panel should be under the dashboard on the drivers side on an 87 though you may have the old glass tube style fuses.
