Im starting to notice that not alot of people around here mod up a Mercury and i understand that.. but if you do have you installed a system in your vehicle.

And does anyone know the brand of the original changers used on 1996 Sable LS's? My stock unit is acting up big time, shows no cd available message, won't play loaded cds and won't release the cartridge. Anyone have any ideas/experiences? Thanks! MercAdvisor 06-08-2005, 08:56 PM I work at a Linc Merc dealership and have done factory trunk mounted cd changers its easy one connection at the back of the radio one at the cd changer and the changer is just mounted to the trunk floor. It has 2 12'' rockford punch p3s put in a custom dual box that is wrapped in an orangy white and black fur. the rockfords kick out 1000 watts rms. Powerin g the subs i have a rockford punch 750 rms amp and a rockford punch capacitor. In the back seat i installed a 36'' blue neon bar. Last i have 17'' low profile black and chrome tires.
