I replaced the airbag in our villager and took it in to have the light reset, etc. They said the forward sensors were bad and the module wasn't responding. Are those seperate units or is the module/sensor unit all one thing? When the airbag is deployed, do you have to replace the module? Thanks, Debbie auguys@msn.com

There are sensors and there is a module is there is no communication before just replacing sensors and a module make sure they check all there wiring.

We haven't replaced the sensors. We know there are 2 and have found 1 under the hood up towards the front. I recall someone saying one might be under the dash, but not certain. Debbie

I know on the newer ones there is one on the core support and one on the firewall i believe the best thing i could recommend is to get a good wiring diagram for the vehicle
