1997 xr-7 cougar 3.8 to 5.0 swap

Does anybody have any tips or links for info on swapping a 3.8 to 5.0 in cougar. 5.0 is from 96 explorer. thank you

From all that I have read up on these cars its alot easier and cheaper to go find a V8 Cougar.
