performance chip anyone??
#3
it depends on the car. for mustangs, they tend to help bring out some more horses. For fuel injected cars, the chips will help some. for carbureted cars, tuning is generally a better approach. It really does work wonders on diesels though. better intakes and exhaust will work much better on all vehicles though. custom chips at that point will help tune and dial in peak performance. I'm guessing you probably have the old chevy 305 or the 350 in that ride. They make plenty of bolt on performance upgrades for them. Check out www.summitracing.com and see what you can price out. They generally have close to if not the best price.
