Default Thanksgiving Turkey in My Grand Marquis

New member here...2004 Grand Marquis GS, 4.6L, 187K miles...serviced regularly. Recent intake manifold replacement, otherwise, no major mechanical issues...until now. The engine started making a "squawking" sound...literally sounds like a turkey call. I replaced both the belt and the tensioner..still squawking. The idler appears OK, no wobble or rough spots. I used a hose to listen to the alternator at idle, sounds smooth. The water pump has a slight squeak, but nothing that should lead to the loud sound I am hearing (BTW, one can hear the squawking while in the car, traveling at 55 mph). The A/C pulley and Power Steering pump seem fine. The squawking is constant and loudest when driving the car and trails off to a stop when the car is stopped. It rarely squawks when at idle. My gauges read AOK. I am puzzled. Any ideas? All input/advice/prayers are welcome.
