After a couple months away from the forum I was disappointed at the amount of "spam", advertising, and totally non-automotive related entries there are on the site. Similarly, the amount of adolescent "chat trash" that is using up space is ridiculous. So, I''m asking the moderator/administrator to step up and enforce the rules of the Mercury Forum as applies to all members. There''s garbage on at least three forums (New Members, Off Topic, and General Technical which should be checked and deleted immediately. Additionally, it would be helpful to posters, moderators and the administrator if everyone could post to appropriate forums, check the search first for previous posts, and participate in posting ideas without turning the whole site into a blog. And for crying out loud, don''t dump everything on the senior members, as valuable as their experience and suggestions often are. Any response (with reasonable experience or knowledge to support it) is better than no response to a post at all. Keep it relevant. Be true to your Mercury Forum!<img>
