Not getting any heat out of the heater but both inlet and outlet hoses to the heater are hot. Still can not get any heat through the vents. Get alittle warm air when in the defroast position. Themostat and water pump have been changed. Any ideas?
Thanks for your help.

Look for a hot water valve that may be stuck closed. It is located on the heater hose from intake. It may be stuck closed. I suggest replacing it. 8 to 10 dollars is a reasonable price.
