Default My new add-ons to my 08 Milan

Just bought the ground effects (3dcarbon.com) and installed them to my 08 Milan Premier V6. Its loaded except for navigation and a spoiler (didnt like the spoilers). We also painted the factory wheels to give it a "custom" look. Let me know what you think.

I'll have to take some other pics to show the ground effects off more.

All of this was added right after I just installed 2 Sony 12" 1200 watt subs and a Sony 600W amp to go along with the Audiophile system.

if you use some silicon II when you install them you can literally seal out the dust/dirt catch properties of them. if you do it right, you won't see it either.

Sweet looking ride Aaron. You should get some of that special high-temp caliper paint. I say blue, but whatever your taste is. More pics please. Any other bolt-ons?

I'll get some more pics up later today of the nose and stuff for those that asked.

And on the ground effects nah they dont really have no problems with the dirt and mud. But living here in Bama the thing is hard to keep clean as you can tell. If the tint laws wasnt so bad I'd go limo on it but my last tint ticket cost me 184.....lol

No more bolt ons right now other than an impedence box when we added the 12" subs in the back and the amp. Hoping to change the tan headliner out for a black one as well as some bolt ons in the motor. Hope to get some K&N stuff added and a power chip.

I was leary about the black on black for awhile but its been well received on here and around town. 'Preciate the props!

Here are other pics of the car. Take in mind I just got home from a big trip over the past week and its nasty. I can get some clean looks but it needs a big wash job BAD! :-)

My best friend paints for a living so I got a discount on painting the wheels. All we did was scuff them until its all scuffed up real bad then put 3 coats of base and clear and they look unreal when clean. All we had to do was tape up the tires and the emblem in the middle. All went well.

The ground effects are what Ford sells through their dealerships but I believe they come from 3dcarbon.com as I dont think Ford makes them. I could have gotten a spoiler with the car OR with the ground effects, but for some reason I dont like the spoiler that comes on the Milan's.

I'm also thinking about adding that new "tint" to the taillights and headlights. I want to smoke the headlights where the blinker is, so the headlights look like the old school square kind. Not sure what I'd like to do on the back lights but we'll see.

Yes it is very loud and the amp is not even bridged or cut up all the way. Believe it or not Ford actually has a nice thing going with the trunk as it keeps the sound in very well. If all my windows are up and the roof is closed you can hardly hear it, but when they come down everyone can hear it. When I had the same speakers in an enclosed bed in my 98 Dodge Ram Quad Cab you could hear them from atleast 1/2 mile no joke. Of course the ears are paying for it.....lol

I'd like to get some new speakers though, some black speakers to match (picky I know) like some new Pioneers or Polk.
