My 2 wheel drive mountaineer shifts hard when slowing down. Shifts fine when gaining speed. When it's cold first thing in the morning it doesn't do this. I checked the fluid and the level. Both good. Also when it's in fourth it surges between fourth and fifth gear. Any ideas??
