Hey!

I just bought a used 2008 Sable Premier and absolutely love this thing. It appears the Sync has never been updated though and I've heard stories that updating it helps with phone calls (music streaming sounds amazing but phone calls sound horrible).

Going to the Sync update site though, you start by choosing your car...but since they phased out Mercury, you can only select from Ford or Lincoln.

Does anyone have the file(s) needed for the USB drive to update to the latest version that was compatible with the 2008 Sable?

It looks like the latest stable version was 1.3

I tried asking the Ford dealership for the files and they said to call Sync Services and gave me a number (1-800-304-6099) which was just a recorded welcome message that hangs up on you. Someone, somewhere has to have the update to download
