2001 Villager with 145,000 miles. The radio and power mirrors always work with the ignition powered (engine not running), but sometimes not when the engine is cranked and running. There isn't any crackling of the radio...it is either on or off. Next time I start it up it is 50/50 whether the radio and mirrors will work. I also had one incident when the turn signals wouldn't work, but the emergency flashers did. They are now working ok. The power steering is also 100% out but I am not sure if that is related.

I got under the dash and jiggled every wire I could find, pushed in all of the relays I could reach etc. No effect.

I have replaced the fuses with no effect.
