I have a 1991 Mercury Capri that I bought in Maryland. I have driven it to/fro work in metro DC and finally drove it to Michigan. It has been my daily commute from Roseville to Flint. It has been a fun ride for me especially with the top down. Now that winter is approaching, I must give this car up. This car does run. I think it needs a new ignition switch though it does start up. The speedometer doesn't work (transmission?) and the driver's back suspension spring seems to be in need of repair. The tires are a year old, had the brakes fixed, another computer installed, undercoat sprayed on, the top is in good condition, and had both the front and rear seats replaced. I cannot remember of other repairs that were done on it. It does need a good paint job (it's white). I was hoping to restore it myself since these cars are rare to find. This car could be a project car or a great parts car. Asking $900 OBO or trade for an ATV.
