Need Maintenance schedule and Lubrication info for 91-94 Capri
 

Can anyone post a page from an owner's manual, repair manual, or internet page that will let me know what oils, greases, filters, etc. that I need to keep my convertible in good form. I don't know what kind of antifreeze is recommended and I plan to use a synthetic oil in it because of the higher turbo heat generated.
