1999 Cougar with stuck Sun Roof
 

The sun roof on my 99 Cougar become stuck open. I got it to close most of the way but then it stopped working. It's cracked open alittle and I can't get it to open or close. Anyone have this problem before and know how to fix it? I would appreciate your help.
