I have a 1999 mercury cougar v6. i had it diagnosed and it comes up with code p1519. Only explanaition is intake nanifold runner contrl stuck closed. Ok but what does this mean. The old trouble codes were a lot easier. When you had one you would check the connection fo the item and then if necessary replace the part. This socde however has me stumped
