[img]smileys/smiley6.gif[/img]My daughters 2002 mercury 2.0 recently failed mandatory TX inspection account codes not in ready status for inspection. After mechanical reviews by 3 different mechanics, all three came up with different diognostics from there code scanners. Car in presently in Lincoln Mercury dealer shop. After 2 days they are still stumped. Seems the computer resets the systems but will not hold the memory. Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so was there any resoultion to the problem. looks to me thata new computer may be in store but so far nothing from the shop...HELPPPP !!!! FOLLOW UP....NEW COMPUTER WAS REQUIRED TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM..LUCKLY UNDER WARRANTY AND FULLY COVERED!!![img]smileys/smiley4.gif[/img]Edited by: abbado
