I''ve got a ''99 Cougar, and I wouldn''t mind putting a roof rack on top to carry my skis. Thule''s website says that their q-towers fit, which I do believe attach inside the windows. I see two problems with that.
1) Slamming the bare glass onto the metal bracket of the tower seems like a bad idea.
2) If they both go inside the door, that would put the front and back racks really close together.

Anybody have one? What do you have? Does it work well?
