If you want a chip try fgchips.com and type the year and model of your car. their site says that the chips are supposed to give you 60 hp, 4-7 mpg, and 25-40% less emissions for about $ 70.

and on thosmufflers I think they might be a bit louder than you will want on a car like this. look on jegs.com and for a set of pypes m80 mufflers and if you want to see what they sound like look on youtube and type in pypes m80 mufflers mustang.

this chip company looks to be a scam... do a review for the company... found many who barely gained and more who lost mileage, and in most cases less than 10 hp gain... cheap chips or no brand ones only reprogram to lean out the system, and trick computer how it senses the coolant temperature... doing this messes up engine more than helping

you could try autochipsdirect.com

you could also try rpmoutlet.com or find a 1999-2004 mustang gt or crown vic or gm with a 4.6L and get the heads off of it they are called PI (Power Improvement) heads and the intake manifold that could give you some serious power. they are about 800 bucks a set from that website or you could pick a used set for around 200 or so depends on the mileage of the engine.

I suggest you to try for rennlist.com, you can get more information about the chip. I hope that you get this soon.
