1965 mercury monterey window question
 

I just noticed one of the rollers on my passenger side window regulator is broken in half causing it to come off track when going up/down. I see that the roller is held on with river and I have ordered a new one, has anyone replaced one of these? Does the whole regulator have to come out? If so how does it?
