1965 Parklane Brakes

Hello !!
I have a beauty 65 parklane that has its original drum brakes that I would like to modify into disk brakes. I have heard that full size 68 mercs will work part-wise.Does any one have any info about brake mods or where I can find parts ??? THX !!
