Hi,
I have a 2003 Grand Marquis with manual climate control. The temperature control switch (middle switch) is not working and seems to be in the A/C mode. When I turn it to the heat mode I still get cold air. How do I attack this culprit?

Id say the potentiometer is malfunctioning. Here is a replacement for 30 bucks on Ebay. Try it, it isnt too expensive, so worth a shot. 98 11 Crown Victoria 98 09 Grand Marquis AC Heat Temperature Control E1G13 | eBay
