2008 Grand Marquis LS-having ac problems-can anybody help?

Hello I have a 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis LS.
I have approximately 65000 mile.
And just started having problems with the air.
It does not matter where I put the controls (Auto,Max-AC,AC,ect...)
Or even where the fan is placed the air will be all over the outlets.
From the defrost, floor, rarely through the dash.
What can I do to fix this?
Thank's for any help.

I had a problem like that and I had to buy a new h/ac/ control, it will cost between 500 and 600 dollars. Ford really likes those controls because they charge alot for them.

I had the same problem in my '04 GM. What I found was that the o-rings inside the vacuum solenoids (inside the EATC control head) were dry and shrunken so as to not seal properly. I obtained suitable replacements at the local hardware store and replaced them. Problem solved.
