95 Grand Mar. Heats Up (3/4)

Hello i have a 95 grand marquis and heats up already change
radiator
fan clutch
water pump
remove cats (maybe clogged)
change thermostat

the car starts on the half temp. And keeps on 3/4 and turn the ac off because changes from cold to warm and the car do a rattle noise and do a shaker forward and backward moves when give gas a rattle move
also smokes the exhaust maybe was the clogged cats and was leaking oil maybe is burning some oil of the pipes or i dont know , the mechanic change the temp sensor was bad and was leaking oil of the engine , now i think its not leaking .

I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE CAR DONT HEAT UP
My solution i think was removing the thermostat

If you have already removed the catalytic converters and the thermostat, you have pretty much wrecked the computer-controlled emissions system and the automatically-made engine adjustments..
The thermostat is a VERY important part of your engine's computer-controlled FUEL system, and the engine temperature MUST be maintained with the CORRECT thermostat.
The CORRECT thermostat for your '95 Grand Marquis is: MOTORCRAFT #RT1234 -- which is an upgraded replacement for the original thermostat that was installed at the factory.
You have already broken two (2) VERY important rules:
1.- NEVER remove the thermostat from a computer-controlled engine !!
Your Grand Marquis requires the upgraded thermostat from FORD -- Motorcraft #RT1234, which is available at RockAuto.com and Amazon.com. for a low price.
Buying a cheap thermostat in order to save a dollar or two is just plain foolish. DON'T do it !!
2. NEVER remove the catalytic converters in order to "solve a problem" -- the "problem" is in the engine, and NOT in the cats !!
Besides, you have NO RIGHT to pollute everyone else's air by removing the anti-pollution components from your vehicle !!

Your '95 Grand Marquis is equipped with the OBDII Diagnostics hardware -- The plug for an OBDII Scanner is under the Dashboard, below and to the left of the Ash Tray.
