99 Cougar 4 Cyl serpentine belt removal

Trying to locate the tensioner on my 4 cyl motor to remove the serpentine belt. I think I know which one it is but its not an easy one to reach and there's not enough room to put a socket on it. Is it the size 13 located just under the alternator? Tried pulling it in with a box end wrench but maybe I didn't put enough gorilla into it.

The serpentine belt goes around an idler gear. This idler has rides on a base plate
that can be rotated to tighten or loosen the belt. You must be shure that you have the right belt before you adjust the tension. If you overtighten the belts, you will cause excess heat in the bearings or water pump or air pump, etc. Be very sure that no belt is stretched too tightly or too loosely.
