Hey all, I just acquired a 99 Cougar that has some rust/rot starting along the bottom under the doors op to the front quarter panel (not actually ON the doors or panel.) I was thinking of getting side skirts to put on the car to cover up the area as It would be a lot cheaper than having the rust/rot repairs done. My question is will this work? I don't really know how to adhere the skirts to the car, I would assume they needed to be drilled into a SOLID part of the car right? It's not ALL rot, just in spots.
