I have a 2003 Mercury Mountaineer that keeps blowing the fuse that runs the door locks/power seat. Its starting to be consistant only with a couple of key locations (daycare, YMCA, and a convenient store). It has been in the shop over 4-5 times in the last 2 months and they can't figure it out. After replacing wires in the door, wires on the car seat, and this last time the security module, it is still doing it. There is nothing consistant with when it blows, - only that I notice it when I go to get out and lock the doors by the door or the keyless remote and it doesn't work. I thought it was something running interference on the buildings (because happens at same places) but I would have thought the security module replacement would have fixed it. Any one have the same issues/ or thoughts what to do next? I'm getting fed up and I almost want to sell this car!

sounds like an alarm on one of the buildings you mentioned is messing with the perimeter alarm on your SUV. maybe they sell some sort of cloaking device. My radar detector has technology of that sort so every security alarm does notset it off.
