No turn signals, blower motor, cruise control
 

The other day I was coming home in the rain in my 99 Mercury mystique and I noticed my blower motor stopped working, cruise control stopped working, and turn signals stopped working all at the same time but I still have 4 ways. I found #23 fuse blown and replaced it (it was the only blown fuse) but all 3 still will not work and it hasn't blown the new fuse. Anyone else had this problem or can tell me where this little gremlin might be so I can fix it??
