Great site for maintenance schedules for all Ford/Merc/Linc cars. Panthers changed SIGNIFICANTLY from 99 to 03, so consult when in doubt.

What is a Panther? Is it an older Ford? I've seen a lot of talk about it on another forum.

Panthers are the platfor that Crown Victoria, Grand Marquis, and the Town Car are based off of. like how Mustangs, and Fairmonts were Fox bodies and and Dodge Aries and Plymouth Reliant were considered "K" cars to name a few. hope this help when we refer to our cars as Panthers, we are meaning the platform of which they are based.
