running rough
 

I have a 2006 Grand marquis with a 4.6 engine that is not running well all of the sudden. it has low idle and you can hear popping kind of like a misfire and when I am running the ac will stop being cold. it has 200000 miles on it and has been running good before this anyone know what would be wrong with it?
