stumped by 2001 Merc Marquis tracking funny

Bought 2001 Merc Marquis 72K miles last week. Put new brakes and tires on it at Tire Kingdom. New 60,000 Falken tires 225/70/16. Had alignment done at same time. I took it back to them because the car slowly drifts to the right.
The mechanic test drove it and said it is because it is following the crown of the road. It still bothers me and I don't know if he was bull ****ting me.
What could be the problem if the tire pressures are 35 all the way around and the alignment was done???

the guy was not BS'n you. The cars will follow the lean of the road. The larger cars drift like that.

A true alignment specialist will set/compensate for road crown.
