Turn signal issue
 

I have a 93 Merc Tracer that the turn signals and flashers do not work on. Lights work but not the above mentioned. I have checked all fuses and bulbs and all are good. I can't find any other relays under the hood or in the cab. Anyone know what I need to check next? I read something about a multifunction switch but it said it controlled the lights too but they work.
