1992 AC converted

I have the 1992 LS, I had the AC converted to the new stuff and now the pressure states its full but no AC[img]smileys/smiley7.gif[/img], the compressor is cutting on and off like it needs gas but nottttt ! What could be the problem please I love my car but this heat is killing me.[img]smileys/smiley11.gif[/img]
