1995 Grand Marquis EGR Valve Replacement
 
Take off throttle house vacuum hose EGR VALVE vacuum lines assembly Vapor Canister Purge Valve bracket passenger front tire screw and bolts holding the wheel well cover pipe wrench unscrew EGR Tube nut EGR valve 10mm bolts is on an angle Valve and Tube comes out together use 2 pipe wrench to unscrew Tube from EGR valve. Hand tight valve then put Tube in from underneath and hand tight Tube exhaust nut align everything then wrench tight. Good luck.

Whenever attempting to access the EGR Valve, much time and trouble can be avoided/eliminated by FIRST removing the entire windshield wiper assembly.
Removing the wipers and the wiper motor housing allows access to the EGR system and related parts.
