1996 Grand Marquis Wiring - Cigarette Lighter
 

He is trying to fix the cigarette lighter and accessory lighter. Neither work and the fuse is fine. The manual fuse box does not match the fuse box in the vehicle so he is thinking that this model is a in town police cruiser at one point. So I have tried to do searches on the internet for wiring diagrams for the vehicle but have not come up with any so I figure I would try here and see if I could get any help for him. Thanks.
