1996 MGM EATC Problem
 

When I turn the EATC on and put the fan speed on low, it will stay on low for about 30-45 seconds, after like 30-45 seconds the fan speed automatically increases to around medium. Weird cause I just replaced the resistor. Anyways, so then after the air/heat has been running for about minute or two, I press the off button on the EATC and the air/heat will instead of turning off, start blowing on high thru the floor vents, even though the off button is pressed. Here's where it is really weird, this issue was present with my old EATC, and it is the exact same issue with this rebuilt EATC unit, so my thinking is the issue must be somewhere else? Thoughts?
