2000 Grand Marquis/Exhaust Help

Greetings! I'm new here, thanks for your patience. I've got a 2000 Grand Marquis GS, 70k miles, with newly installed driver side cat(s) and new dual pipes and mufflers with an H Pipe. Now that the flow is opened up a bit i'm wondering if I need to have the chip tuned. I'm experiencing minor issues which i'm trying to pinpoint and describe...will need to get back to you. 1. Do I need it tuned 2. If the factory chip tune-able? Thanks for any help.

the factory chip should automatically adjust the vehicle to where it needs to be in its working parameters. if you get a check engine light then you might want to get it scanned.
