2002 No Heat
 

I have just cold air blowing out my vents, but I'm stumped as I have done a d checked the following:
1) checked fluid level, topped off with no signs of leaking.no smells or oily film on windshield.
2) blend door actuator was broke but I "manually" switched it to the heat position behind passenger air bag
3) no heater control valve in this car
4) both inlet and outlet heater hoses going into core are same temperature and yes, hot
5) flushed heater core, with CLR and then again with compressed air. Both ways, backslash and forward
Clear passage and clean flowage seem evident.
Car runs at a fine temperature as expected.
anyone have any ideas what it ay be or other tests i can do to solve the problem
