I just purchased a 2004 Grand Marquis with 40K on it.


I need the location of the factory keypad code. The Mercury dealer told meseveral locations they are placed but I cannot find it. The selling dealer also tried to find it to no avail.


Locations I''ve been told to look:


1.On thecomputer as a sticker but It is not on there.


2. On the passenger truck arm...Not there


3. under the steering wheel behind the knee panel, not there.


4. Under the seat on a module. No module under my seats.


5. in the owners manual pouch, nothing but the manual in there.


So, I have looked everywhere I have been lead tooand cannot find it.


Does anyone know of a specific place it may be.
