2005 4.6L Oil on Plugs?

Can Someone Help me here? I did Not Check all Plugs however I'm getting a Misfire on #3 and Seen I have Oil on Plugs #3 and #1. I Did not Check all plugs Just Stopped Because its late and i wanted to do some research. I was Looking and I seen that The Intake nor Valve Covers Gaskets included a set of Plug Tube Seals. Also I Searched online and did not find it what so ever as well. Am I Missing Something Here? I mean it is POSSIBLE that the Valve Cover is leaking at the top around the coil and the oil is seeping into the plug hole? I'm not sure looking for professional advice so I can get it DONE!

Are you SURE that it is OIL on the plugs !??
The problem you describe is one where the Intake Manifold has a crack in it, or the Intake Manifold Gasket is leaking coolant.
It's very rare that the valve cover gasket is leaking oil along the top edge -- but it COULD happen.
I had the same problems with #3 & #1 on The 95 MERC -- New Intake Manifold Gaskets -- Fel-Pro # MS 98007T-1.
If your intake manifold is cracked/leaking, replace with Dorman manifold, which has the gaskets built in.
