2005 Grand Marquis No crank when raining
 

When it rains car will not crank, when you turn the key digital dash goes blank. Car has new starter, new battery cable and new transmission position sensor. I tried swapping relays but no difference. Only way to start is to jump starter relay. Checked other connectors but do not see any corrosion or moisture.
