Default 2010 Grand Marquis Radio Presets

Read the manual very carefully I thought but can't seem to set the presets for 1 - 4. It's the AM/FM Stereo single CD unit. Was able to set 5 and 6 which worked as they should but when I tune a station and then press any of the buttons 1 - 4 it simply says "preset # (of the button)" and the sound never comes back while I hold the button. Is there something screwy about this radio? Will pulling the fuse erase the presets perhaps? Thankful for this forum - just came out of a Mercedes where the forum was extremely helpful for old wrench jockeys like me.

I have a 2009, and I noticed that I had to tune the station desired manually, then hold in the button to preset a long time. Otherwise, you may need to sawp the radio under warranty. Let us know how you make out, Bill

Default 2010 Grand Marquis Radio Presets

I have a 2010 Grand Marquis. I did not have this problem. I just changed my presets around in preparation for writing this reply and everything worked the way it should have on all presets. I would suggest getting it checked out by the dealer.

sounds like faulty radio... i would find a replacement or go aftermarket cd player in the car... after market will deliver more power to speakers and give a lil better sound
