89 Marquis Rim Question

Hey, I got a 1989 Grand Marquis. tryin to find some rims. Dont know if anyone knows the offset that i would have to run with a 16x7 size rim. And what would be the widest tire i could run on them.. Thanks in advance!

don''t know about the rim backspacing myself but I do know that 275''s in the
back is popular and a good fit, and 235''s are a safe size for the front as far
as rubbing and that goes. Saw one with 255''s in the front and 285''s in the
back though.
