96 Grand Marquis exhaust

i have a 96 grand marquis with engine vin "w" and i have two questions where could i get headers two fit it and dose anyone know where i can find dummy O2 sensors?

try stainlessworks.net they have headers for 1998-2002 grand marquis and crown vics but they should fit.
