Airbag Code 51 on 2004 GM
 

The airbag light on my 2004 Gran Marquis is flashing code 51. I have seen two different reasons for this code. One is a blown thermal fuse and the other is Driver Safety Belt Buckle Switch Circuit Fault. Is this an issue I can try to fix myself or should I just take it to a dealer? Thank you
