coolant leak
 
i have a 95 grand marquis i bought it laking antifreeze. we changed intake gaskets it worked for a couple of weeks then started leaking again,we then added stop leak and it stopped. so we drove it on a 800 mile round trip now its pouring out.was told it was the intake,i have a plastic one off of a 96 will they interchange any help would be appreciated thanks

Many people have had good luck with the Dorman brand plastic intake with alumimun reinforcment at the thermostat. This replacement part is much improved over the OEM design. This is the route I suggest you go to fix your car. Good Luck, Bill

Repkace it, plastic one will crack again. They were recalled years ago.
