Dome,visor and rear dome light does not work

I have a 1992 Mercury Grand Marquis and I replaced all fuses and bulbs and the interior lights still do not work. Had the car a month and having a hard time figuring it out. Has anyone had a similar issue that they could share a possible solution. Thanks in advance!
