Started working on my rear power windows today.


The instructions, for front and rear door panel, always call for removal of the "handle cup" (see below):

There was no way to remove this part at the front door panel. It looks like it has been sort of plastic-welded during production.


So now I found out that the rear door panels are just about the same. The "cup" is pretty much one with the surrounding plastic. No way to get it off without breaking it. So you have to jiggle around in order to get the handle through the tight opening, which is actually not too bad.
