Help! My 04 GM used to randomly blow the #23 fuse which controls the PL switches, overhead console, interior lights and the EATC controls. Since it only happened about every 3-4 months, I replaced the fuse with a circuit breaker. This worked for over a year until the other day when the CB kept tripping and resetting. I pulled the CB out, but the EATC still comes on. Even the overhead console flashes at me now and then. Neither of these are supposed to be working without the fuse! Has anyone else heard of this, so I know where to start looking? I can't afford to let a mechanic spend hours and hours searching for the cause.
